He's more than welcome if that's what he wants. I'm pretty sure we gave him the option though considering that swap would make all NL fans in the NL and all al fans in the al.

You had 1 team make the playoffs last year.

2012 you had 4 of the 5 worst teams

2011 and 2010 were interspersed nicely, but you've clearly trended in the wrong direction. Just deal with it buddy.

2-2 NL better step up their game of they want to claim #1.

EDIT: 2012 playoff teams were split 3-3 with the better records being in the AL.

2013 was the only down year for the AL. Things will change with GBY gone and BEs revamped team.

Fellas...
Welcome back to another year of fantasy baseball. I am gratified that every single manager has decided to return for another year of A-League - this is no surprise when you're part of the most prestigious, competitive, and hard-fought fantasy league in the misc.

A few call-outs to start off:
- I am pleased to announce that Dominic (SpeedDemon9) will be taking on the co-commissioner role starting this year. Dom joined the misc in 2006 and has since established himself as a well-known and respected poster on the forums. He's no slouch at fantasy sports either..Dom joined A-League three seasons ago and has made the semi-finals in each of the past two seasons. Before that, he was a fixture in Dat Der Civil War, the misc's League A counter-part in football.

- I'd like to thank Brian (Max~Power aka PuppyLawyer Brah) for co-commishing the past few years. Max preceded as commissioner before me, and has done a fantastic job at ensuring the league runs smoothly as co-commisioner. We wish Brian luck in his real-life endeavors. Week 10 boss, you're on my radar.

- There's been a swap in the division teams. Nodice123 has been moved to the AL, while Ricardo has been moved to the NL. Hopefully now the divisions conform with all of our real-life teams.

- The MLB season starts earlier this year than in previous years because of the games in Australia. The season starts on March 22, and as of right now the draft time is set to MONDAY, MARCH 17 @ 9:30PM. Please shoot me an email or post in the A-League thread if this time DOES NOT work for you. Please let me know before next Friday.

- If you have not yet, please post your keepers in the A-League thread. As usual, select 2 hitters, 2 pitchers, 1 flex (hitter or pitcher), and one player that was drafted after the first 10 rounds. Please post your keepers by FRIDAY, MARCH 14. Earlier the better though.

- For draft picks, would someone (saalty..?) mind compiling a list of all traded draft picks? I know there have been a few trades recently involving picks - just want to make sure these aren't missed when I'm doing the draft order.

Saalty, was the PM you sent to Chill Will an "inquiry" or an "offer"? If it was an offer then the deal is done since both managers have agreed upon this. However, if it was an inquiry then a trade between both of you was never set in stone.

Inquiry = saalty asked if chill was interested in a deal involving strasburg and the pick (e.g. "Do you have any interest in strasburg for your first rounder?")
Offer = saalty tells chill that he is down to give up strasburg for chill's first rounder (e.g. "I am open to giving up strasburg for your first rounder, just say yes and it's done.")

Chill can I get your opinion on this as well?
