Pro Complex Gainer vs 100% Whey

For the past few months I've been using Pro Complex Gainer as both my pre and post workout protein powder as well as for my bulk. However using it 3x a day can be costly but it seems worth it because it helps add in 1950 calories, 180g protein, and 250g carb when I don't have time to prepare meals. Anyway I'm all out now and I need to buy a new tub for this week.

So my question whether or not I should continue to buy Pro Complex Gainer or just buy 100% Whey. They are both by Optimum Nutrition and I see on here that a lot of people who are big use it as their post workout shake.

Which do you think is a better choice?

I usually split the cost with my dad or he pays for it. He doesn't mind that much though because he knows I wanna get bigger.

And I don't always have time to prepare good meals, I mean I can still prepare the 3 basic ones but it helps to have a gainer too.

Food is better, but like you said, weight gainers are useful sometimes

i got one tub unopened which i got on sale

im gonna open next week, but not rely on it

im gonna keep it there as back up, eg i wake up late, no time for breakfast, or cupboards are bare

    but dont rely on them

whey is better day to day
