Hello guys, I am super new to this so please be kind.
I have been working out for 4 months now, I used to weigh 224 lbs and now I'm 175 lbs I've lost a total of 49 pounds of fat. I plan on getting down to 160 but in the past 2 weeks my progress has completely stopped and I've started to gain weight. I am in a caloric deficit taking about 1300-1500 cals a day and I am supposed to be taking at least 2300 a day. I do a cardio session of 25mins everyday 10 mins straight running and 15 mins incline walking. I also lift 5 days a week for about 1 and a half hours after cardio session. I try to keep my protein to 40% carbs 45% and fat 15% throughout the day. I probably burn twice the amount of cals I eat in a day but I've still gained 3 pounds I super active and I don't understand what's going on. Please help!
