I have really skinny bones (ankles, wrists etc). I'm 5'10 and 180 pounds. My body fat is around 25%. My ultimate goal is to get down to 15%. I've noticed that I have a lot of fat in my buttocks region compared to other parts on my body. To make matters worse, I have skinny chicken legs (like an AT-ST walker in Star Wars). I find that skinny lean legs and a large buttocks/love handles makes my ass look bigger than it really is and my legs look smaller than they really are. For example, I don't fit into a good pair of jeans.
Is there any reason why my buttocks is fatter than the other parts of my body?
Are there any other guys who are in a similar predicament? Any suggestions.
I've been doing keto for a while now, doing weights and liss.
Could too much sodium and not enough water be the problem (water retention)?
