I have really skinny bones (ankles, wrists etc). I'm 5'10 and 180 pounds. My body fat is around 25%. My ultimate goal is to get down to 15%. I've noticed that I have a lot of fat in my buttocks region compared to other parts on my body. To make matters worse, I have skinny chicken legs (like an AT-ST walker in Star Wars). I find that skinny lean legs and a large buttocks/love handles makes my ass look bigger than it really is and my legs look smaller than they really are. For example, I don't fit into a good pair of jeans.
Is there any reason why my buttocks is fatter than the other parts of my body?
Are there any other guys who are in a similar predicament? Any suggestions.
I've been doing keto for a while now, doing weights and liss.
Could too much sodium and not enough water be the problem (water retention)?

From what I've acknowledged the blood circulation in the buttocks area are slow so more effort is needed to lose fat there (correct me if I'm wrong). This maybe due to the fact that we modern humans tend to sit on our ass most of the time. Sometimes I spank it (no joke) but I don't think I did it enough.

people carry fat in different places,some men are afflicted by the man boob others the turkey neck,me personally its all about the belly.
At 25% its hard to tell how much is genetic or whether you havent got round to losing your own achilles heel,keep cutting and eventually it will even up have you ever seen a really lean man with a fat ass?,it can take a while.when I diet my face gets too thin for example as well as my backside,yet the stomach is lagging.

Finally found some one with same problem as me tho its old thread. Im 5'10 too and almost same weight as you. When im adding size only place that seems to get fat is my buttocks and ''lovehandles'' so i can have clear 6 pack and veins allover my body but my butt looks weird in jeans. First i tought it was squats since i could see my abs clearly. Cant w8 to be done with bulk and diet again so it will look more normal :P
