Hi all, I have been getting lots of Help from everyone I ask via private message. I decided to throw it out here in the forum. I use to weigh 255 5'8 about 2 years ago. I am currently at 165lb since my cut i started last week. I began at 168lbs. I would love some guidance. As in, should I change my diet, Should I change my workout routine such on.
Workout
I wake up at 6:30 Go to the gym
On Mondays, Wednesdays, I do cardio for 20mins on the Elliptical. It says that I burn 300 cals. I only do 20 mins to the fact that I do jujitsu at 530-730 on these days, which im grappling, circuit training, sweating like a bastard in my Gi for two hours. Tuesdays Thursday Fridays, I do Half hour of cardio which I burn 400-500 Cals. I lift everyday for hour then do my cardio. Saturday I have Jujitsu again. NO lifting. Sunday is my off day
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Tries
Wensd-Legs
Thursday-Back
Friday-Bies
Diet
I go to the gym come home
1 bowl of oatmeal 130 Cals
2 egg whites out of all whites 90 cals
On Whey 1 scoop in water 120cal
Morning snack
Maybe an apple 100 cals
Almonds 180cals
Lunch
Good Amount of Veggies 150 cals
Chicken of Salmon 200 cals
Afternoon Snack
On Whey 1 scoop 120
Fat Free Cottage Cheese 80
Dinner
**** load of Veggies 150
Chicken, Cube steak, Lean pork 200
or salmon
Before bed
Half cup FF cottage cheese 80 cals
I try to stay in the 1500-1600 Cal Everyday
I Also Take Lipo 6, MRM CLA, and ON Multi
I drink atleast a gallon of water of day.
I have a cheat meal on Fridays. past Friday went to panera bread
Half Fuji Apple Salad Half Bacon Turkey Bravo. 680 Cals
Just need some help on getting on the right track. Also can tell me around what body fat i am. I want to be around 10% bodyfat.

sounds like a plan just make sure you are getting in at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight....just be consistent and patient, don't go by the scale rather go by how you feel and look in the mirror...just like you I started cutting at 165lb as well got all the way down to 145 lean bulked back up to 165 and about to cut again...so good luck to you...
