if u eat it with oatmeal, some boiled eggs, and fruit.... then yes. lol
if ur bulking then breakfast should be one of ur big meals.. i mean what a better time to eat big then when u wake up starving.. im sure after that bowl of cereal u have room for more so EAT MORE
and dont make excuses that u dont have time, cuz u can wake up 10 extra min when plenty of ppl on this forum wake up 2 hrs early to work out
breakfast is a good time to take supps and a tbl spn of flax oil and stuff like that too.. if ur that srsRebuilding.
