I'm looking to gain lean muscle. I tend to put on fat very quickly. So I'm a little afraid when it comes to consuming carbs.
I'm at work the whole day, so I have to work out in the evening (around 8 pm) 5 times a week. I'm not very experienced with the supplements, but after reading a lot I have come up with the following stack. I feel its incomplete, especially my post work out supplements, there's something missing. Please help me out, I would really appreciate it. Do I have the correct stack and also, is the timing right?? please help !!
(work out begins at 8 pm)
PRE - WORKOUT
pre-workout meal - 6.30 pm
1 packet Animal Pak - 7 pm
1 scoop whey isolate - 7.15 pm
1/2 scoop Assault - 7.30 pm
POST WORKOUT
1 scoop whey isolate immediately after workout
post workout meal
BEFORE BED
1 scoop whey isolate
3 tabs ZMA - 30 mins after whey
please do reply...i really need your help !!

The assault has creatine in it but it does not say in what amount so i would get a bottle of creatine monohydrate and take 5g post workout with your shake to make sure you're getting enough, especially if you're trying to add size. The only other tweak i would suggest would be for your shake before bed to switch a blended protein or a casein based protein, whey digests really quickly so it doesn't last you all night if that is the effect you are going for.
Other than that you're good to go really, just eat right and lift hard.
