UGHHHH I am SO LAZY. Ever since I had to sort of disappear for a few days to try and help someone get their vehicle back I just have not been doing anything physical. I literally HATE working out and in order to be doing it consistently I have to be on a really set schedule. I'm so out of whack now. I haven't done a thing today and leave for work soon, then I'm driving to LA early tomorrow morning and will be gone for the whole day. On Monday I have got to get back into the swing of things or it will be far tooooo late!!
Just a rant. Arg.

How about walking or biking to work if you have the time today?
Your display pic looks great! I'm sure taking a few days off won't hurt you as long as you are eating well.

I'm probably around fifteen miles away from where I work, and when I leave it will be very late at night(plus I don't own a bike lol!). Although you did give me another very good idea: I'm bringing my kettlebells to work!!

ok, YOU have a GORGEOUS body. you're curves are kickin'! i mean hot d@mn! your waist to hip ratio is killer.
lol, doesn't matter how much i work out, i'm not going to have a ratio like that.
anyway, bout the missed workouts, just keep you diet in check. the time off from the gym is going to make you come back stronger. it's like an unplanned deload wk.

Ok, so here's the deal.
I kind of agree with afterburner. You're obviously not out of shape, so this does come across as the type of thread where you're just looking for attention.
If you've got cottage cheese on your backside, it means your bodyfat level is too high. Even if you can see your abs, it's just the way your body holds onto fat. Mine's the same way. Once I hit a certain bf%, no more cottage cheese. But it's a lot of work.
So now you get to make a choice. You can either keep complaining and ranting about how you feel like crap and how much you hate working out, or you can choose to STFU and just get your ass and DIET in line.

No offense, but your one of the most self-negative attractive women on this site. Stop worrying and start lifting. No blood no foul. it didnt take a week to build your body its not going to take a week to get fat.

1 week
if u do something consistantly for 30 days it automatically becomes a habit. set urself a weekly goal 2 something active even if its walking briskly for a half hour. remember it takes 6 weeks 2 get in shape n only takes 1 week 2 get out of shape. u obviously havent xperienced that certain gratification when u leave the gym. meaning, ur not takin ur workout serious. being lazy creates laziness.

You don't have to be obese to be out of shape. I don't understand people looking at my pics and saying I'm in shape and complaining about nothing. If any of you met me just by the looks of me you could tell I'm a beginner. Even if I didn't have the trouble spots that I have does that mean I shouldn't work out since I wouldn't LOOK out of shape?
I'm very confused about this.

Never said it would. I don't think I'm self-negative either I think I'm realistic and self-deprecating. For instance: I have cottage-cheese thighs. It's the truth! Who cares? I'm not exactly crying myself to sleep over it at night. But it's there and I don't see why I can't reference it. ?
Besides women constantly mention their problems with their most unflattering parts here(it is a fitness forum) and no one else jumps on them.

And a problem with text and typing is you cant read my dialect. I didnt mean to jump on you, was more in a motivational sense. But before im labeled a creep, im not going to bother with further argumentation.
There is a difference between an honest critique of yourself and blatent negativity.

'Jumping' part was for more of the general audience.
Btw you keep bringing up the 'creep' word before I even think of it so what does that say.

Ok, so I guess I should have said "You're obviously not a huge pile of disgusting fat, ..."
You obviously didn't read the rest of my post either:
What really came across in your original post was that you felt lazy, and you hated working out.
Combine that with your response to people saying you looked good was "Lol trust me ya'll, I have a flat, flabby, saggy a** and I am NOT happy about it!!".
So my response in turn to that is either choose to do something about, or go somewhere else to complain about it.Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013
