    Chest press form/injury

Ive been lifting weights properly for about 18 months now, so like tot hink i know what im talking about ( although i realise this is a process where you never stop learning). Recently when working the chest with exercises such as bench press/ dumbbell presses i begin to lose form on my left side. The shoulder/chest goes weak and slightly numb ( not sure why), whereas my right chest/shoulder is completely fine. Now to add to this i have a slightly lower right shoulder and know that form is everything when lifting weights ( elbows and shoulders may be in a slightly different place when i press) How do i correct this problem, its really beginning to affect my chest workouts as i feel i am making no progress, and is ruining my favourite day int he gym. Advice?

Check out this video series on correct bench form. Honestly after I watched this I realised I was doing it all wrong!
