Don't know if it's enough to qualify as a caloric surplus for you but I know you're bulking wrong...
In bold are all the things I (personally) wouldn't eat on a bulk. Chocolate...wtf man lol.
I highly doubt you're getting enough protein there. At 62kg you should be getting 120g +. Also what you posted would honestly be about 1 meal for me if I were bulking, except for the chocolate and smarties lol which I just wouldn't eat.
I think you should read the stickies on how to bulk more successfully..
edit - I reread and I suppose the white breads won't kill you. But clean your diet up or you're asking to get fat.Last edited by omg_otters; 01-23-2010 at 04:17 PM.

Yeah, thats the same with me.
Look into a weightgainer, such as Cytogainer by Cytosport. Half the servings, have two scoops in the morning with milk and 2 at night with milk.
Without that, its going to be tougher. Use a calorie counting website, see how much your taking in, and if you're not gaining weight add another 250kcals, repeat until results are seen.
Nuts will be your best friend..

Yeah well using the method above you'd double up on the servings, so 36 servings for Cytogainer.
Instead of using 2 scoops you could use one, and add in your own ingredients to the blender, such as Peanut Butter, Flaxseed Oil, Nuts, Oats etc.
And also no matter how much I eat I don't put on fat, the calipers proves this. Are you the same?.
