    4 week Cut Diet any thoughts?

    Height: 6'3"
    Weight: 170
    Bodyfat%: I would estimate around 11-12%

    40c/35p/25f

    Monday - Friday (Saturday,Sunday)

    7:30am
    1 scoop Whey Protein

    9:00am
    1 cup Multigrain Hot Cereal
    1 Banana - 105/0/27/1

    11:15am
    1/4 cup Almonds

    12:45
    1 Peanut Butter Sandwich
    1 Apple
    1/4 cup Almonds
    (1/2 cup oats)

    3:30pm
    1 cup Cooked Lentils
    1 can Tuna in Water

    6:30pm
    8oz cooked Ground Beef
    1 cup Cooked Lentils
    (1/2 cup Oats)

    Workout 7:30 - 9:00

    9:00pm
    1 scoop Whey Protein


    Calories = 2416 (2716)
    Fat = 69.5 (74.5)
    Carbohydrates = 241 (295)
    Protein = 218 (228)

    Any suggestions would really be appreciated! I'm going to be starting this on Monday. Saturdays and Sundays I will be slightly upping my carb intake note the parenthesis.

    If you're really looking to cut try lowering the carbs and upping the protein. Maybe around 1.5 g protein and 1.2 g carbs per pound of BW. Have re-feed days once every 6-10 days and keep protein at around 1 g per pound of BW. Fats low.

    I think I just remembered the sole reason I stopped posting on BB.com. At least the nutrition forums.
