Just got my new workout routine from my trainer by email,wasnt gonna start it till next week,but gonna go ahead and start it tonight here is my split

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs and Traps
Thursdays-Bi's and Tri's
Friday-Shoulders

really looking forward to this new routine looks really good,it is a strength and mass routine,my chest workout is focusing on bench strength,a place were im lagging behind.will post my log tonight of my first new chest workout.really excited about it
