Just got my new workout routine from my trainer by email,wasnt gonna start it till next week,but gonna go ahead and start it tonight here is my split
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs and Traps
Thursdays-Bi's and Tri's
Friday-Shoulders
really looking forward to this new routine looks really good,it is a strength and mass routine,my chest workout is focusing on bench strength,a place were im lagging behind.will post my log tonight of my first new chest workout.really excited about itStrength Determination Merciless Forever
