Hey brutha, sorry for the l8 reply iv been sooo busy! yeh iv been doing option 1. for 5 weeks and i just dont think i can increase that much at a time any more. buying the 1.25lb sounds like a good idea i might try that after i switch around to the DB bench. If all else fails i might do the negatives with heavier weight. Thx for the input m8 .

Havent been to gym since saturday cuz of work, im doing some labouring for a builder and im buggered by the time i get home . But i went yesterday (friday) and did Chest and Bi's heres how it went:
