Hey guys, looking to use a fat burning supplement for the first time this spring. I'm over 30 now and its not getting easier, last spring I lost too much muscle mass during my cut.
So I started researching what is out there and my head is spinning. So, here I am, please give me some recommendations. I already drink multiple cups of coffee a day, so not sure if stimulants are needed or a good idea.
Pleasr advise. Thank you.

There's no legal "fat burner" that's going to make a difference.
Just keep cutting, if additional fat loss is your goal. If you're having hunger problems or want a very modest boost to your TDEE, give an EC Stack a try. It also apparently has muscle-sparing properties.Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.

If that's your current avi then great job, you're pretty lean as it is.
Supplements aren't needed, just you standard caloric deficit aiming at .5 lbs per week. If you aren't already incorporating refeeds into your routine then that is something you should start adding in. At least once per week. If you calories are already low enough and you don't feel lowering them more is right for you then you can increase or add cardio.
EC can help with appetite suppression if you need. Just read up on it and start with the recommended doses to make sure it's something that you can handle.

Avi is pretty close to what I look like now. My upper stomach is pretty solid, lower stomach is where there is some fat to lose.
Refeed is just overeating one meal or one day a week? I surely have a couple "cheat" meals but dont let the calories go crazy overboard. Is letting them go overboard something I wanna do occasionally?
Thanks for the replies so far, so all this stuff such as cla, carnatine, 7keto, etc is BS?12-5-23

Re-feed and cheats aren't the same thing.
Re-feed is specifically structured to dramatically increase your carb intake for the day. Protein remains the same, and Fat is generally reduced.
A cheat day has no such constraints. A cheat day may inadvertently end up being a re-feed, if you just so happen to gorge on high carb foods.Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.

Refeeds are definitely calculated and controlled. There are a lot of people who confuse the concept of a refeed and them eating whatever they want and calling it a refeed. The link below is my response to a refeed question and my example. Scroll towards the bottom of the thread.

Those supplements you listed are only going to waste your money. No need to go that route. I call BS on them.
