    4 sets of Hammer curls enough to grow your brachiadilus muscle??

    4 sets enough? or need to add preacher curls and barbell curls? and reverse curls?

    Neutral Pull-Ups are supposedly the best for them. Thats when your palms are facing each other.

    by far enough, IMO you shudent be worrying about hitting your 'brachiallis' uintil you actually have a solid 16 inch + arm

    it's not that necessary unless you're a bodybuilder or you have THICK arms and tiny forearms.

    Naww man, just do one bicep workout with palms up like normal curls. Then your next bi workout do hammer curls, rope curls, hammer preacher curls and reverse curls =) good luck.

    preacher curls are such a good exersise, I would always do them on my routine. I get a burn and pump and out them that I don't archieve with any other arm exersise
