    Question please help!work out routine for someone trying to get strong and ripped but not big?

    what is a workout routine for someone trying to get stronger and ripped but doesn't want to get bigger, but also wants to get in shape cardiovascular (by running or treading water)

    it depends on your body type, but all i would say is cardio first thing in the morning after a black coffe no suger! and strength training in the evening. either life big low reps or do circuit based routines, pull ups, push ups, dips, jump squats etc...
