So I've been working out seriously for around one and a half to two months now and I'm already seeing pretty good results, especially in my weight, even though I wasn't on a proper diet and pretty much ate what I wanted (yolo, hehe no). Well anyways, I wanted to ask if it's a good idea for a 14 year old to take protein powder to get better results and to generally build more muscle? If so, which products do you recommend (I really don't want to buy something that won't help me since it's hella hard to find it down here in Paraguay)? I was looking at something like this: Gold Whey Standard 100%.
Anyway, I'm 14 and around 5'8-9.
