I am currently bulking and my macros are:
Protein = 220g
Carbs = 380g
I worked it out and when I cut the only thing I need to reduce is carbs to 225g. Now i've always heard hunger pains and muscle is a bad thing. Last year I was cutting and always had hunger pains and just pushed through it figuring it was suppose to feel like that on a cut. Ended up overtrained and losing all my muscle. And now that I'm so used to this bulking diet I know that if I skip just 30g of carbs I start to get bad hunger pains. So when I start cutting and dropping cals + cardio what am I supposed to do about the hunger? Its a natural reaction for me to think hunger pains = muscle loss if food not given.
