    Question lower chest exercise to do instead of dips..

    i can't physically do em...are there any other good exercises?

    flat bench hits your lower pecs just fine man. Hitting upper pecs is more of a challenge and requires a more concious effort to target them.

    Just go heavy on flat bench, and then maybe DB flys or cables and you should be solid for lower pecs. If you wanna do declines, do em instead of flat bench. No need for both. I prefer sticking w/ flat tho

    i hit my upper pecs jus fine, i can't hit lower though i can't ever get sore or anything when i go heavy on regular bench so i use dumbells, also so my shoulder won't subluxate lol

    Soreness doesn't mean dick and you can't isolate upper and lower pecs, it contracts as a whole. You can emphasize them slightly more, but any difference will be negligible. Just do flat bench.

    alright sweet, every time i do chest, welll, most of the time i'm not sore or anything at all, so i feel like i'm not gettin a good workout

    It's fine to do them to change things up every now and then, just don't think you're isolating different parts of your chest when you do them because it's impossible. Do what feels best.
