Can I still use the 10% off code if I call to place an order?

I have a credit on my account. I want to call to order so that the credit is taken off of my order before my card is charged. If I go this route can I still tell them that I want to use the 10% off code? Or is that just website based?

Has anyone done?

OP, I'd call them and ask them about it. If they let you then great, if not, ask if there is a way for them to charge your store credit first before charging your credit card if you purchase online.

Last time I had a credit, I placed my order online, then emailed them I wanted my credit applied.
On my cc statement, they charged me the full amount for my order, then credited me back the amount of my credit, lol.

Ok, I called and the ALLOWED ME TO USE the code.

So, we're good to go. Allowed me to get around doing the refund to card stuff.
