    Diet help..

Hey guys, just wondering what you thought of this diet and any ways it could be improved:

    1st Meal (7:15am)
1 whole egg/2 whites, plain porridge

2nd Meal (12:30pm - the long wait is due to school unfortunatly can't do much about it)
Jacket Potato with one tin of Tuna (Will get veggies with this, usually Lettace & Tomato but varys)

    3rd Meal (4pm)
    Chicken Breast with Brown Rice

    4th Meal (7pm)
Either Steak [lean] or chicken breast with pasta

    5th Meal (10pm)
Tin of Tuna with low-fat Mayonnaise + 2teasp Organic Peanut Butter

    6th 'Meal' (11:30pm)
Protein Shake + Creatine, Multi-vitamins & Cod Liver Oil

I weigh around 13st and have been lifting just under a year and realised I have to get diet back on track after the Christmas period if I want to gain anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

*Edit* I will get around 5/6 litres of water in during the day
