No xplode (lawsuit) or superpump 250

Hey

I am planning to get one of these supplement by sunday. Never ever tried any of these. I did lots of research before even planning on getting and i want to clarify some stuff about it. 1st when i was researching about Bsn No Xplode i heard that they had a lawsuit about false ingredients in most of their products. That was awhile ago around in 2006 i think. I am wondering is it actually true. 2nd question is for superpump 250, many many people complaining after taking it they had to go to the washroom right after, i really don't enjoy going to the washroom right in my workout. Normally i eat around 30 mins before my workout or else i don't have the energy to do any weights. Some people say to eat before the workout when taking superpump some say no because the label says so. I just want to clarify these 2 question before i start spending $65-80 before i figure it, it is no good for me.

Don't know about N.O.... but, I've never had any problems with SP250. I love it! It gets me so pumped. I give it a 10/10 raiting.

So the "washroom" thing is just all about your body.

ive tried n.o explode and superpump.... n.o explode didnt really give me as much energy, from what i noticed... and superpump never gave me the "superdump" side effect... superpump also tastes quite a bit better

Eat a lot of cheese so that your butt will get plugged up. Quick fix.

SP250 is no good
No X wasnt the greatest but i deff got better results from it then when i trialed SP250

for me Noxplode rocks!!! tried Superpump I couldn't focus. Even the caffeine xplode gave me great energy and focus. Maybe everything depends on individual physiology, so give both a try and see what works for you.
