What are some of everyone's thoughts on using Recon, Muscle Pharms new product as and intra-workout drink and only taking half a scoop instead of the full dose as a post-workout and stacking it with a more hardcore post-work out with creatine such as BSN cell mass? Just a thought.

this method is actually suggested for longer intense training sessions. It is suggested to sip on one scoop of recon during sessions that are planning on lasting more then 90 minutes, then using another scoop immediatly post workout for quicker recovery.

Can you take protein with recon when you take it post workout? Just curious because Dark Matter suggests that you wait 1 hour before consuming anything after taking it.

You can take protein in addition to Recon if you feel you the need. Personally I plan on consuming Recon immediately post workout, then waiting about 15-20 minutes and will take a 1 scoop shake. This will replace my post workout shake of 2 scoops Carb Slam 1 scoop Combat Powder.
