    Can you mix glutamine with protein shake?

    i am thinking of using glutamine and thinking of mixing the powder with powder protein. does it workout? i know that creatine cancels out glutamine

    yes you can. Never heard that creatine cancels out glutamine.

    Hey man, many post workout shakes include glutamine and creatine together. They wont cancel each other out, you can use all three with no problems.

    I see glutamine as something that will help in recovery, very minimally, but will help. Not necessary by any means.
