I am a 30 year old female. I go to the gym 5 - 6 times a week. I'm on day three of using oxy elite pro. I'm down about 4 pounds in three days. I started using it after I went into GNC and was looking for something to get me over my plateau. I've lost 77 pounds in a year with just diet and exercise but in the past 4 months I've been fluctuating within the same 2 to 3 pounds. I started out at 307 pounds and I'm now at 230. I'm very much a skeptical about these products. I think I'm more scared about what I'm putting into my body than anything else but I was so frustrated that I choose to try it after deliberating another 4 weeks after the initial recommendation.

I haven't really seen much of the bad side affects that i read about. The only thing i can say is that I tend to wake up about three times a night since taking it but i wouldn't call it insomnia because I've been very easy to fall back asleep.

I have seen the increased energy and the decreased cravings. I'm a huge snacker and that was actually the number one thing i needed to control but since taking the Oxy Elite Pro I don't even really think about snacking. Especially on the weekends when at home and busy, i have to remind myself to eat because my body doesn't tell me to.

I hope that I continue to have good results with this product. I joined this site just to put my feedback on here so I'll try to keep you all updated with the sucess of the product.

well just an update.. the problem seems to have worked itself out. i guess my body just got used to it. i had another negative reaction, though. it only happened once. i pulled an all nighter and then took 2 capsules in the morning and 1 like 6 hours later and went to the gym. after one set of benching, my heart was beating harder than ever before and i had serious heart burn and could my heart beat felt much, much lower. like i could feel it at the very bottom of my ribs. i tried to lift through it but realized that it was just too much so i left. i stopped taking it for a few days and lowered my dose for a a day or two. i think it was just an isolated incident. my body's reacting just fine to it now.

I would like to see any non-biased studies that have been done on the effectiveness of the product.
