Hi my name is Justin and I restarting my quest for fitness. Just some quick things about me. I'm 21 married and have a 3 1/2 half year old daughter. I was born with a dislocated hip and 2 clubbed feet. I have had many surgeries through out my life to help me walk. I walk with a limp do to the size difference my legs is probably a 1 1/2 half of an inch difference. Have I let it stop me from doing things not really. I wrestled in high school for 2 years. My dad wouldn't let me wrestle my freshman year because I was too small. So I started lifting weights and gain like 30 lbs from 9th grade to 10th grade and started wrestling that year. The next year I ran a season of cross country before wrestling because no one thought I could do it guess what I did! I wrestled that year too. In the middle of season I found out that my GF was pregnant and after that season. I stopped working out cause of school working a full time job and needing time for my family. I ate bad all the time and now I ready to get back in shape after gaining 130 lbs since the spring of 2006.

To weight less than 230 by may
To run a 5k this summer
To try a NAGA tournament

Thanks man I haven't really kept track yet I can say its 2000 to 2300. I eat really try to eat low carb and fat. As soon as i hit a week with no weight drop ill start keeping track and buy a food scale. Right now I have just rules i follow for my meals.
meal 1 no more than 600 calories
meal 2 no more than 250 calories
meal 3 no more than 500 calories
meal 4 no more than 300 calories

Got lazy forgot to write stuff its Sunday my day is all out of sync cause of 3rd shift. I ate clean and drank about a gallon of water. Hard to keep track of with all i was doing but got my row machine and bike so the cardio will begin and the weight is gonna fall off.My Fat Loss Log

Day 18 was a cheat day because i get my gym key tomorrow and ill ready to hit the weights and do cardio so the pounds fall off
