    how to get this sexy line on the midsection come and see

    hi guys I want to know which muscle to work to have this abdominal line is it the obliques but training the obliques for hypertrophy would widen the waist ( which is considered bad)

    see three guys has this line the last guy does not posses it even though he has a low body fat percentage

    Genetics mostly. I didn't think there was any way I'd ever have them, because I was fairly lean before, and didn't have them. But once I got really lean, they came out.

    It's a mix of losing the fat that covers your abs, and working your abs like any other muscle so they grow and will pop out. What's your ab routine like?

    Also that V thing comes out when you do lower ab work like leg raises etc, thats how mine did

    Genetically my abs are pretty good. But for the first time this year I did heavy cable crunches, and this really made them 'pop'. I'd do abs about every four days.

    you could do lower ab work and oblique work to try and make it more pronounced but its a combo of genetics and low bf. good luck.

    I have that, it's just because I am pretty skinny I always figured. Sometimes it looks more defined and "picturesque" than other times though, I think if I havent eaten and have no liquid in me it looks the best, otherwise my belly starts to take some shape (like right now, I just drank like 18oz of Milk & Real Gains and a bunch of water recently.)
