A long sad story, have never felt this awful

Ok so I just got off a four night cruise and on it I met the most amazing two girls. It was me and the two of them who both live together in Boston. We are both sixteen.

Anyways we met on the first night of the vacation and started dancing at the parties. The three of us and a dude we met from south Africa hung out the first night and all said we would do it again at the party tomorrow.

The next night we all danced together and had fun again hung out at the pool skipped our big formal dinners, ate together and stuff. The most crazy part was probably dancing to the Spanish music with the columbians, as the cruise was from miami to the Bahamas. Needless to say we got along well and had a lot in common.

Hung out more the next day ect took pictures skipped dinner again and the same similar thing happened the next two days.

In case your wondering the two of them one blonde the other brunette. Blonde is probably a 9.5/10 and brunette a 6.5/10. I told the brunette that I liked her friend and we kinda talked about it but not much more than that. This was the third night. The last night I said something to her again about trying to kiss her friend and she told me that she actually had a crush on the south african kid, and that she had only saw me as a friend.

We exchanged phone numbers and sent ******** requests. The cruise just ended today and we have already started texting.

Here's the problem I live In Chicago and they live in Boston, it is only a few hours later and feel completely awful. Sad that we may never see each other again. I feel like there is a hole in myself now that we have left.

I have never been in a serious relationship before but I have had sort of girlfriends. Anyways I have never felt like this before. I have already cried twice which is unlike me, and it obviously sucks enough for me to write all of this on my iPod touch in the hotel lobby.

Recently I have started realizing how much I like both of them. We sent txta about much we
were going to miss each other and talked about possibly getting together to hang out some, but unlikely.

I don't know what to do or how I feel I can not stop thinking about them when their not around and now their never going to be around.

There are 100's of girls your age in Chicago you'd have a better bond with. You just need to get out there and find them. Once you do, you won't miss these two girls at all.

I know it doesn't help for me to point this out, but you're 16. I guarantee you'll look back on this in a couple years and laugh about how torn up you were. You'll experience way, way worse heartache than this buddy

I would keep in contact with her but not make her your only option until you've made a deeper connection.
