So i started lifting around april last year and went from 222 to where i'm at now which is 190(ish) i'm 6'1 and trying to drop down to around 180 but i just can't seem to drop further into the 180s when i first saw that i tried dropping my calorie intake but that did't really do anything. I'm shooting for 2300calories roughly at a 40/30/30 (p/c/f) and just wondering if i should drop my carbs even more? I was originally going to try to do .5g of carbs and fats per lb. and 1g of protein per lb. but wanted to get opinions first. As for my daily diet it really changes since i like to change things up as long as i'm getting my calories/macros while still eating healthy/not junk food. Thanks for any replies, and sorry if this has been posted a million times lol.
Edit: was going to try picking up HIIT starting today actually.

If it's been less than 3 weeks then don't worry about it, if it's been more then reduce calories or increase activity (reducing calories is the easiest method)
