WTF is up with this cramping?

I have been getting these random cramps in my calves and feet for as long as I can remember. I have been eating a lot more bananas lately because I figured it might just be low potassium, but I don't think it is.

Today I hopped on the treadmill for my 5 minute warm-up jog and halfway through it I got a charlie horse in both calves. Yesterday, I was in the shower and I stepped on my tip toes on my left foot and my big toe locked up and was pointing away from the other toes to my right foot. When this happens the pain is pretty bad.

I've gotten charlie horses since I was 13. What can I do to fix this problem? What do you guys think it is?

I also have it happen sometimes with my jaw if I yawn real hard. It will lock it up. I can close my mouth, but the pain is really bad.

Stop caffiene and drink lots of water before training.

It happens more frequently if you have extremely tight calves,

Stretch those suckers out, A LOT. Also, roll you plantar fascia with a cylindrical object to loosen them up......

Make sure you're getting enough MAGNESIUM too.
