NoFap and I have so much energy

7th day of NoFap.

I have so much energy. Not tired at all. Haven't felt so alive in ages.

I went to bed at 1:00 AM, couldn't get an ounce of sleep.

My dick went full on rage hard-on mode and my body refused to sleep until I rub one out (I usually fap right before I sleep and drowse off).

I knew if I fapped, I could sleep right away,

but I said "nope" and ignored my hard dik trying to sleep till 4:30 AM, after which I said "fuk that ****" and

got up from bed altogether. I guess I ain't getting any sleep tonight. RIP gains.


Quitting porn addiction and rewiring bad routine is more important than sleep or gains atm, and I am sticking with the plan no matter what.
