Not gaining weight? Eat more. It's that simple.
Also, eating "clean" is a myth. Read http://www.completehumanperformance.com/clean-eating/

I know how you feel bro but unfortunately you've gotta do it, I'm eating 3600 calories daily, but when I was 128lbs I was eating like 3k and couldn't gain any weight for 2 years. Now I'm up to 160 eating 3.6k a day, i know eating 100% clean didn't work for me I use iifym now, I don't eat candy or cokes but like raviolis, milk and burgers. So far I've gained a minimal amount of fat maybe just upped 1 or 2% after gaining 10lbs.

The problem is that you are trying to hit high calories with chicken and oatmeal etc. Eat fattier foods. Eat foods you actually enjoy. There's nothing wrong with ice cream, chocolate, burger, pizza, noodles, pasta, pancakes, cake, etc. If you are concerned about additives or poor quality ingredients in some commercial products than pick better brands/restaurants or make stuff at home.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
