    Smile Need to tone legs and abs, without losing weight!

    I'm a 35 yr old female, 5'3", 100lbs. After having 2 kids, I'm looking to tone up my abs and legs, but don't want to lose any more weight.

    Would greatly appreciate any advice, or work outs (along with frequency). Thank you!

    There is no such thing as toning - you can only gain muscle or lose fat to improve your body.
    You can't lose fat from specific body parts.
    At your stats you should be concentrating on adding lean muscle, not dropping body fat.
