I was just wondering if eatting a bowl of reg oatmeal (not the packet kind) every with 2 bananas with it.. everyday is that bad?
Also I eat pineapple and 2 greek yogerts everyday?
Is any of that bad.
I've read where oatmeal makes people fat.
