    Shots of olive oil?

    Hey guys,

    I was just wondering something. My friend takes a shot of extra virgin olive oil during the day (I don't know if more than once) and I was wondering if this is exactly healthy.

    I know its a good way to get some calories and healthy fat. But a shot is over 3 tablespoons and 3 tablespoons of that extra virgin olive oil is 42 grams of fat.

    I'm not saying its bad I'm just wondering if it is healthy to take that much at once cause I'm honestly clueless.

    Won't do anything bad, really. It's a useful trick, though I do mine with OJ. you only taste the OJ, I picked it up here.

    Olive oil shots are not that bad first day of them and I'm hooked they will deff help me with my winter gains, didn't taste it one bit with some juice or pop.
