Seeing everyone else produce gains and succeed on bodybuilding.com has made me realize the only way to make my body look the way I want it too I need to push my self to the limit like everyone else does. Meaning no more cheating on my diet and not missing one rep in a workout. Im sick of being 15-20 percent body fat. I have been cutting since January 1, 2010 and havent cheated yet. Im going to cut to 175 lbs and lean bulk slowly to 205 lbs.
Feel Free to comment/add any thoughts on my diet/workout.
