today was my second workout since i tore my shoulder. Ive felt real good the last two workouts, ive been workin my shoulders on both days, trying to get it back to strength. Im thinking at the rate im going i can max agian in about 3-4 weeks. Right now my workout(exersices to help my shoulder) is:
Bench Press 4x10 at 85, 95, 105, and 115
Push Press 3x10 at 85 95 and 105
Shoulder press 3x10 at 35, 45 and 55
DB Incline Press 3x10 with 25s
DB flys 3x10 with 15s
Shoulder Raises 3x10 with 15s
Is this enough or am I taking it too light, because i feel like i can do more but im trying to keep careful. What else could i add or take away.

if u feel u can up it a little, add in military presses, one of the best shoulder lifts out there man.
