    Is Mrs.Dash good to use when dieting/cutting?

    I eat whole wheat brown rice, no butter nothing added into it, and the taste is rather . well I dont use salt or pepper but I was told Ms.Dash is a great alternative, does any one else use it?

    dash is sodium free and is bomb! OP you can use mrs dash for almost anything.
    beef, chicken, stir fry some veggies...

    I make a stir fry like this
    beef, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mrs dash, siriachi sauce, mix together and add water. let the water simmmer the ingredients and enjoy
