The Next Levrone Transformation

Okay guys, take a look at the video and see what?s up. We?re going to train hardcore over the next six weeks. Say hello to pain. This might just be the best transformation yet, we?ll see. It kind of depends on you. I know I?ll do my part. Get psyched up and let?s do this together.

yessss. this is what I need right now. Much better than 405x3 bench, especially since there is the fact he has had injuries squatting in the past. Im in. ^^ and i agree with the deadlift.

Dude... squatting is harder than deadlifting (I max out deadlifting more often than squatting. On average I max out on a weekly basis deadlifting, but every 2 weeks squatting or so. Not to talk of the fact that squatting just takes a lot out of you). This is a bigger challenge by far, and I can see why there is more urgency in his tone, calling for us to join him on the "journey". He knows it will not be easy by any measure.

Damn....this mofo read my mind. I didn't think he'd actually do it tho. I know 405 bench is impressive as hell....but chest has always been a strong point of Levrone's. This is by far his biggest challenge, squats ARE NOT a levrone strong point....he has had various injuries that have prevented him from doing these in the past. This is gonna be awesome to watch.....damn Levrone is a beast!
