The Next Levrone Transformation
November 12th, 2009
Okay guys, take a look at the video and see what?s up. We?re going to train hardcore over the next six weeks. Say hello to pain. This might just be the best transformation yet, we?ll see. It kind of depends on you. I know I?ll do my part. Get psyched up and let?s do this together.

yessss. this is what I need right now. Much better than 405x3 bench, especially since there is the fact he has had injuries squatting in the past. Im in. ^^ and i agree with the deadlift.

through out the whole transformation ppl were saying he wasnt doing legs enough so this could be interesting.........

Dude... squatting is harder than deadlifting (I max out deadlifting more often than squatting. On average I max out on a weekly basis deadlifting, but every 2 weeks squatting or so. Not to talk of the fact that squatting just takes a lot out of you). This is a bigger challenge by far, and I can see why there is more urgency in his tone, calling for us to join him on the "journey". Damn....this mofo read my mind. I didn't think he'd actually do it tho. I know 405 bench is impressive as hell....but chest has always been a strong point of Levrone's. This is by far his biggest challenge, squats ARE NOT a levrone strong point....he has had various injuries that have prevented him from doing these in the past. This is gonna be awesome to watch.....damn Levrone is a beast!

i thought he said he stopped squating in late 90s why is he saying that he hasnt squatted 500 lbs since 4.5 years ago it should be more than that. and why in the hell was he so strong in 2005 when his last olympia was in 2003? Doesnt make any sense.
