Wholewheat has more carbs and oats have more fat & protein

Per 100g. Oats have about 10 grams of fat and wheat has about 2 grams of fat.

Oat have about 55g of carbs and wheat has 66 grams of carbs.

Oats have 12.8g of protein and wheat has 10.9

Wheat has 12g of fibre and oats have 10g of fibre.

I prefer wholewheat cereal myself so i can put skim milk on it and make it soggy and add yoghurt. No cooking needed.

Oats need cooking and taste more savoury.

Id say Wheat is better based on numbers.

Wheat is easier to eat heaps of.

I'd say oats are better based on numbers.

    Dietary fat is good.

Well depends on what the rest of your diet is
if you need more fat, go with oats, need more carbs go with whole wheat
Or eat one today and the other tomorrow

Your cups and bowls must be seriously retarded.
