Great Stuff indeed Ms. Fit !!!!!!
Nicole is Incredible with a capital IN !!
Better yet she is awesome with captial A.W.E !!
She's very good at doing cool creative poses too !!
I say if Nicole stays with competing she will be a recognizable force on that stage for years to come!!!!
Just To remind me though - how did she finish in that show?
God Bless All !!!

I got second in the middleweight division. I felt I wasn't at my best but I guess that is what this sport is all about - finding out how to peak for a show!
thanks for all the compliments!

Nicole, I have quietly followed along on your thread and now have seen the results.
You have done a fantastic job with great development. Absolutely beautiful. I think the world is going to have the pleasure of seeing you many times to come.

I can tell you put on some muscle for sure. You do need to come in a bit more defined for your next show I think... not a big problem... i wasn't cut enough at my last show. Have you ever considered doing an INBF show... I think you could do extremely well if you were conditioned enough.
btw... GREAT JOB!
Peace

Thanks everyone!
I was holding quite a bit of water. I looked better the week before.
I also could have probably dieted 2 weeks longer.
I am thinking about getting a trainer/nutritionist for my next show. It's too hard to do everything yourself.
The only sanctioned events we have here are NPC. They do have some tested shows but you know how that goes.
I will just keep on working on my weak areas. I am currently adding a new approach to leg training to make them more proportionate to my upper body. I just need to get back on track with my nutrition. It hasn't been the greatest since the show!

Hey girlie
Long time no see. I am here at Ft Carson still, gotta love the army. I just started a desk job so I have plenty of time to journal on here. I love the pics, I never did get to see them. I hope everything is going well. Keep in touch and I will do the same :-) Dee

nicole's contest pics...
You looked great overall...i must say though that although overall you ahev good total package i love your leg development...i know rear lat spreads are not as much of a "feminie pose" but i think they would make your already amazing glutes and hamstrings look even better.
