    Squats everyday: kiss kiss

My plan is to squat everyday and my objective is to squat 300kg/661 pounds and see how strong I can get. Then make a name for myself and then get triple penetrated in every orifice by some stallions, guaranteed stardom (no homo).

I'm age 29 now and had severe illness. Training has been infrequent and not efficient in the past, but I have played soccer quite a lot casually which has gave my legs a little of preparation and a decent foundation.

I have been using high doses of a special vitamin for the last 2 weeks.

Currently experimenting with stance width and did a video the other day. Still need to go slightly lower but due to my long legs I'm having to go extremely wide in stance.

    Height: 6'3/193cm
    Weight: 255 pounds

I have devised a plan which is based on the Bulgarian methods and tweaked it slightly.

I have just ordered 280kg of weights, bar and power rack and will record every session.

    Monday:

Squat: working up to 90% for 2 reps

    Tuesday:

Squat: 3 reps for 5 sets at 70% (speed)

    Wednesday:

Squat: working up to 90% for 2 reps

    Thursday:

Squat: speed reps at 70% of 1rm

    Friday:

    Squat: 1 rep max attempt

    Saturday:

    Squat: speed reps at 60%

    Sunday (day off)

Lesson learned don't squat every day until form is nailed, got pain in my right elbow when I go over 3 plates due to obviously not holding the barbell correctly.

But some good news, did a 507 lb deadlift, with atrocious form I might add. Aiming for 660 lb deadlift in the next 6-8 months.

    Videos on Youtube.
