Haha, well that's usually subtly in a banner at the top
I know a couple of people who just don't bother doing styles for <IE8 and just put either no stylesheet or do it all in ironic black and white block colours and terminal/courier Keep meaning to do one like that.Koyongi: I am going to accomplish this by following a haphazard training system, and forging elite fitness.

Thanks and thanks! It was a good one.
Sooo...
As my birthday weekend extravaganza is winding down, I thought I'd post an update.
Thursday afternoon, I drove to St. Louis, flew to Oakland, and drove to Alameda.
I stopped by Trader Joe's and Safeway to pick up snacks, and headed to my aunt's house.
Hung out with them for a while, went to bed.
Friday, I began my birthday celebration by going to San Jose to weigh in, tipping the scales at a whopping 125.6. Not unhappy with that at all, but didn't want to bother to cut to 123. Went over to the Crossfit Regional to watch Brethren compete and to see everyone. Had a fun afternoon hanging out with everyone there, then headed back to Oakland to pick up our bibs for the 5k. Ate Tea Leaf Salad at Burma Superstar and it was outstanding.
Saturday, headed over to Diablo. Saw lots of friends, met some new people, had a really good time.
Squats: 265, 281, 292.
Bench: 203, 220, miss 231.
Deadlift: 319, 341, miss 352.
854 total, PR.
Drove back to Alameda. The view coming out of the tunnel on 24 was amazing.
Carbed up on pasta and chocolate cheesecake, went to bed.
Today, woke up headed over to the park for the 5K.
Kept up with Catherine for a while, then ventured off on my own.
Finished in 27:41, which was an 8:55 mile pace. My goal was 9:00 miles, so I was very happy!
Got done, had brunch, got a pedicure, and went to see sushi Jumi.
Flying home tomorrow. It's been a good weekend!314/231/352/881@123

It was great watching you lift. Your 231 bench was ridiculously easy for a third attempt/PR regardless of the red lights.

Thanks! I hope so.
Yeah, aside from Hoss, there weren't too many big attempts, though, so they survived.
I decided to put more focus on my main lifts, and have a little more fun with my accessories and space them out a bit. Yesterday was random leg day.

More than one person fell down while deadlifting on Saturday, the back spotter on deadlift actually got used! But, I do have some pretty epic "back spotter checking out squat booty" pictures that have been captured over the years, this one probably being my favorite. Oh, Putt, how we love you.
I'm not sure how I'm liking it. It's making me sore! I'll probably stick with it though July, and then really start getting ready for the Olympia.
Well, I'll do a push-pull at the end of July, which is pretty informal, but notorious for giving you a three-second pause on bench. So, I may shoot for 225/235 there, we'll see! After that will be the Olympia, but I'll be in gear there. Next full raw meet will probably be RUM 2012.
