In this video she talks a little about how she used to train before.

I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

I did.
So I guess some quick background:
I grew up sitting in the waiting room at the gym reading magazines while I waited for my dad to get done (mostly benching). I danced as a kid, but was too timid and not particularly explosive enough for gymnastics, and not flexible enough to be a ballerina (I spent 8 years in ballet and another 8 as a cheerleader and could still never even come close to doing the splits). When I was 12 or 13 my parents FINALLY upgraded to the family pass and let me start doing the Nautilus circuit, which I did with great gusto.
In high school, I finally got to switch to free weights, and took weights class at school a couple times. When I was 15, I did my first push-pull (Show-Me State Games!), I think I totaled a little over 300 at 120ish.
It didn't take long to realize that I'd finally found a place to put my tight hips and thunderthighs to good use (oh, and I was a natural at bench), and I stuck with it in college, training alone and setting plenty of intramural records. My senior year USAPL collegiate Nationals was in St. Louis, so I talked to the meet director, went to his gym and set a qualifying total, and borrowed a singlet. I got there and it was a baptism by fire. I was the only lifter with no team, no coach, and no gear. Thanks to help from Wade Hooper and various members of the StL PL crew, I survived, and took like 8th out of a field of 15 in the 123s...and the rest is history.

So yesterday, I hit a little more than 7 Jakes, and ate pretty regularly, no restricting sodium, no adding it.
Weight this morning is 129.4.
Today should be about a gallon of water, and low sodium. I'm still trying to decide if I want to use my free chicken teriyaki punch card, though, since I won't be able to tomorrow...and I hopefully won't be eating lunch at the mall when I get back...

Soon as I get there. I just checked in for my 7:00 am flight, I get to Tampa at 5 local, and weigh ins are over at 6. As long as I'm there in time (and I've already got phone numbers to call if I'm running behind), I'm weighing in tomorrow night. The plan is to get down to about 124 tonight, and just not worry about it tomorrow.

I think I am gonna have my wife look at some of your posts and stuff. Maybe it will motivate her to start lifting a bit. I think she has a lot of potential, she is a tiny little thing, but has great muscle mass for someone her size, and well to put it bluntly lack of physical effort haha. Very cool, and good luck with the cut I am sure you will make it. I am cutting now got about 9 pounds till 165, dont wanna compete at 175.
I'm gonna teabag your drumset

So, weight this morning was like 125.
Over the course of about 5 hours of sitting in airplanes, I managed to fill a 24oz bottle with very colorful spit, and spent my hour layover in Vegas speedwalking around McCarran International in sweats...
But, made it here, weighed in at 55.6kg. Winner!
Some pedialyte and about half a bag of goldfish and a protein bar later, was feeling better.
Got back to the hotel, went swimsuit shopping, and got some more food.
Now I'm clean, fed, and getting ready to go to sleep. Big day tomorrow!314/231/352/881@123

RUM:
Squats:
Tried high bar on my opener at 264, glorious failure.
264 lowbar, easy.
275 lowbar, easy.
Lesson learned, probably had 286/292 in me.
Bench:
192, easy
203, easy
214, miss.
Probably had 209, but wanted to try it. Flared a bit on the way down.
DL:
303, easy
325, pretty good
336, miss, locked it out
Got down command and white from the head judge, got reds from the sides, apparently I had a shoulder forward and/or a knee unlocked. Video playback on camera is inconclusive.
Tied my PR at 123 in squat, PR in bench at 123, PR in DL (any weight), 805 total (PR at 123)
Overall, I can't complain about the PRs, but I could have done better.
But, 5 weeks til redemption.
And I won the USAPL OMT prize!
I already peed in the cup. I'm a pro.314/231/352/881@123
