    How do the farmer's walk go around the neighborhood? Do you break the sidewalks? Only reason I haven't gotten my own handles is a fear of doing damage to the sidewalks/alleys.

    As long as you don't just drop them, I don't see any issues...
    When we're going heavy and we're going to be dropping them, we do farmer's carry in the grass, though.
    Less damage than the sled, either way.

    I love the handles at the gym I go to. I just haven't had the extra money to get my own. Then I also need to fit them in to training somehow also. They are rather draining. They're definitely an "off season" exercise for that reason.

    I remember as a newb box squats were easier, now they're significantly harder.

    Oh definitely. I'd say there's probably at least 30-50 pounds difference between my free squat and box squat, especially since I moved my stance in.
