Squats did not feel strong tonight, for whatever reason, except the 275 and last one at 245. I think maybe I need to do more warming up for squats.

You and I both had a not so great squat day. Hopefully the RUM will be a different story for you! I expect a 300lb squat either at the RUM or the Arnold, preferably at both!

Today, drove to Gold's.
Manager asked why I didn't ride my bike like usual (it's pouring).
Ran a mile in 8:45 or so.
Was going to play with my new jump rope, but it's still too long.
Stretched, other stuff.
Went to grocery store to buy cereal.

how clear is your six pack at your current bodyweight? can you take a phone pic and keep jacob happy for a day?
