    Morning/P.W.O. Shake Recipe

    Alright. It's hard for me to find something quick, healthy, and tasteful. Though, I've come up with a bomb-ass shake. Due to the fruit and the breakdown of this shake it's best for breakfast and pre/post workout.

    Calories: ~470
    Fat: 4g
    Carbs: 58g
    -Sugar: 13g (11g comes from the fruit, so it's good)
    -Fiber: 12g
    Protein: 58g

    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup Kirkland(least expensive, at Costco) Frozen Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, etc).
    - 1 scoop(24g) ON Whey protein Tropical Punch flavor. (This is where the flavor comes from)
    - 1/2 cup(40g) Old Fashioned Oats
    - 1 cup(224g) Egg Whites(regular plain flavor)
    - Big handful of raw spinach
    - A little bit of water(takes some practice, enough so it blends)
    - Big handful of ice cubes (adjust amount to acquire desired thickness)

    In reference to post workout I would add 1/2 fat free vanilla yogurt. Sooo good. It's optional though.

    Blend! I think it tastes really good for being 100% super healthy with everything a body builder is looking for. The whey protein is really important as without it the flavor will suck. Let me know what you think.

    Honestly, I was hesitant at first to include spinach. But, you seriously don't taste it. I put a big handful in and it just blends right in like it was never there. It's a very clean tasting shake.
