    Help Finding a FULLBODY routine.

Ok, I really used to enjoy doing Fullbody type routines when I first started lifting. I made good gains, but for whatever reason went to some more common splits. I would like to get back into the FULLBODY thing, however, I am alot more advanced now, (Meaning I Lift good weight). So, being more advanced Im not sure how to structure a routine, and havent had luck finding a "Advanced Fullbody" routine.

Anyone got some links? Ideas? Suggestions ect...

    Let me know, Thanks

madcow intermediate. i hate to tell you this, but very few people are advanced as far as programming purposes go. an advanced routine is one that is designed to bring about SMALL progressions over protracted periods of time...because that person is at or very near their genetic potential.

if you are there, props. but no offense, i doubt it.

    Hst

I started an HST routine a couple weeks ago after a long time w/ a three day split in a 5x5 routine. You can check my journal posts in that forum if you are interested in what I am doing.

For whatever reason HST doesn't seem to be in favor on these boards these days but I really have to say I have had terrific results. Love the full-body aspect of it as well, which I've never really experimented with before.

There are a lot of sites but this is the most in depth is found if you google "hypertrophy specific".

    Good luck!
