People's Disgusting Reaction To Haiti.

I'm reading through the various threads about about the disaster in Haiti, and what some people are writing is making me sick. I've seen at least 30 people in the misc saying things like:

'America (And therefore I) dont owe Haiti anything'

'They have always been poor, they had nothing to begin with, so what is the point of rebuilding it?'

'America shouldn't suffer for a country like Haiti'

And so on. Now firstly, you're letting politics hinder your judgement. Its not about American-Haiti relations, or what Haiti has done for you, or REASONS for you to help for economic gains. This isn't a governmental coup where you dont really have to get involved.

Secondly, People are dying. Hundreds of thousands of innocent human beings are dead, injured or trapped, without enough food or water or medication. And your talking to me about what you owe them? **** you.

If saving a life doesnt interest you, then why are you here? whats your purpose in this world? For yourself? For money? **** you and your way of thinking. Innocent kids are being crushed by concrete, and your asking me why you should help? Your asking me whats in it for America? And WHY you should sacrifice some money for some poor people?

If thats you, then **** you. You dont deserve the opportunity to be able to help anybody else. Because if you and your family were covered by ten tonnes of concrete and glass, you'd want help too.

I can udnerstand the concerns of accepting so many refugees but in terms of offering financial aid there shouldnt be any objections
