    Am I missing anything?

    I'm going to start HST this week. I've come up with these exercises.
    Anything i'm missing/any suggestions?

    -Squats
    -Calf Raises
    -Bench Press
    -Dips
    -Chainsaws
    -Military Press
    -Wide Grip Pullups
    -Shrugs
    -Alternating DB Curls
    -Cable Pull Downs
    -Medicine Ball Raises

    I wud add in some skull crushers and press, and some bent rows other then that looks solid

    I agree with killer herts I would use bent over rows but in my opinion i would replace bench press with the incline press and maybe throw in seated leg curl for hams

    what are chainsaw im not familiar with them

    well decline and incline is just as important as flat bench u have to target the two part of your pectoral independently
